None of the items in our online store are held by steel bits personally. They are held at the distributors warehouse where they will be shipped from straight to you and in case of a return, they will be returned straight to them. We will try our hardest to update the online stock levels but we cant always guarantee that it will be done in time, we are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. If you do purchase an item that has been discontinued or that is out of stock, we will offer you a full refund.
All orders are dispatched on a standard carrier service and should be delivered to your door in 2-3 working days of placing your order. Please note that orders placed between 12pm Friday and 8am Monday will not be processed until Monday morning. The warehouses are closed on Bank Holidays and will not process orders until the following business day.
Under £200 - £6 including VAT
Over £200 - Free
If you would like to return your UNWORN product within 14 days of purchase, we will arrange for the goods to be collected. However, the collection charge will be deducted from your refund. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original delivery charge.
If your goods are defective when you receive them we will arrange for the goods to be collected and either exchanged for a replacement or a refund will be given. The products packaging must be suitable for resale and free from damage, writing, tape, labels etc. Failure to return items and its packaging in a resalable condition will affect your refund. To prevent this from occurring please over pack your item to ensure that the packaging is protected.
